User Instruction for Undercut Drill Machine

Its purpose, aside from obtaining maximum life and efficiency of machine, is topromote safety through the use of correct operating and maintenance procedures.

3.      Installation and Operation for anchor bolt drilling machine:

3.1. This product needs to be used together with 370w self-absorbed waterpump and 3P air pump.

3.2. Before operation, please make sure water inlet pipe on machineconnect with water pump, and air in let pipe on machine connect with air pump.                     

3.3 Before power on, we fix the mfs drill bits into the hole-drilling spindle,make sure the orientation tip set correctly.

3.4. Please makethe machine absorb the stone tightly, then press down the hole-drilling handle,make drill touches the stone surface tightly. According to the hole-depthrequirement, adjust the hole-depth adjustment mechanism to guarantee thehole-drilling depth, finally tighten the limit adjustment screw.

3.5. Turn onpower supply, then water pump and air pump will be in the state of working, wecouldn’t drill hole until the water ejects from mfs drill bits head. Open the airvalve first to make the machine absorb on the stone and open the water valve onthe machine. Turn on the power, press down the hole-drilling handle to drillhole, don’t loosen hole-drilling handle even if it reaches required depth, pleasepress down the hole-rubbing handle as well to rub the hole. We could loosen thehole-rubbing handle first after hole-extension finished, then we can loosen thehole-drilling handle again.

3.6. Shut off the air pump valve, then move the machine to continuenext hole-drilling as above procedures.

4.      Special attention:

4.1. Please open the water valve before power on, do not drillwithout the cooling water.

4.2. before power on or changing the aiguilles, make sure theorientation tip is set correctly.

4.3. You can not press down the hole-rubbing handle until the aiguilleshas reached required depth. Once the hole-extension is finished,please loosen the hole-rubbing handle first, then the hole-drilling handle.

5.       Main fault:

5.1. Please check if the water supply is normal if thewater can’t eject from aiguilles head after power on.

5.2. Please check if the stone dust is plugged in mfs drill bits when machine works but no water.

6.     Other information:

6.1. Beloware the pictures to install the drill bit into machine. Just as photo, pleaseside or upside down machine, press down the hole-rubbing handle, fix the mfs drill bit along notch direction, you could knock the drill bit if it is not easy toinstall, It is important to avoid drill bit damage if it is knocked too hard. Usethe orientation tip to fix the drill bit and use thin iron wire to bind the tipto assure drill bits’ stability.

6.2. As the MFS Drill Bit is madeby diamond, so please press down the handle speed slowly for previous 20 holes drilling,then you can use normal speed to drill the holes.

It is forbidden to drill without cooling water.                                       

6.3.Anchor hole in all spec. can be drilled by this machine – M6/M8 undercut anchor& M6/M8 knock-on anchors. We also have matched drill bits to supply.

6.4. Please connect water infall pipe with water pump(370w self-absorbed water pump) and connect air infall pipe with air pump (3P),as below photo.
